A well designed and developed estate. With all the basic amenities available. Quiet, serene and trendy.

Low - medium density estate consisting of bungalows and low-rise residential estate. Facility has police station, public health clinic, public primary school, postal agency, and a shopping centre. Public electricity and water services are available and relatively reliable. The place has paved and well networked roads. The worship centres include a mosque and churches. Environment is well kept by residents.

It is the government agency in charge of infrastructure development of the Federal Capital City. It is the centre of all activities relating to administration of FCT. They are in charge of Provision of access road, power supply, culvert, drainage, telecom, bridges and interchange.

Government office, where as usual no serious impact is ever made. Poorly maintained buildings leveraging on good location and existing infrastructure.

A security conscious area.

Plaza to get almost everything, at good rate

Shopping mall, a police station close by d mall. Its also a reserved residential area for mostly civil servants in Abuja
