Smile 360 is a carefully and tastefully designed space disguised as a Dental Clinic.Right from the scheduling to the reminder calls and emails to physically going in, you can tell these folks do what they do excellently.The waiting area is large and elegant and the staff is courteous.Parking area is small although I dont see a situation where there might be more than 10cars needing to park at once.They also have a referral system and I got a t-shirt the first time I went with my points. How cool.

Where do I start? So this is going to be a long one. I found 360 Smile Dental Clinic online via google. However, before I booked a consultation I made sure to check out their website as well as their staff qualifications and decided to give it a try.My initial consultation was delayed by covid but I was kept updated and rebooked once their services reopened.The consultation was extremely thorough the doctor looked at my teeth and my X Rays. He went into detail explaining the issues with my teeth and which option would work best to rectify them. I decided to go with the regular braces, not the ceramic ones because they would be more effective and it will take a shorter period of time since my teeth were quite misaligned.I was then scheduled for an appointment to take the mould for braces to be cast and which was sent to the US. The braces came in after one month and I went in for them to be fitted.The process was relatively easy and didnt take as long as I thought it would and it also wasnt as painful as I thought. Now dont get me wrong. These are braces it’s uncomfortable and eating is a bit uncomfortable. Im not feeling the pain as much as I thought,so, I dont know if this is a new technology or I have a high pain threshold.Now thats the process of me getting the braces and you know, the consultations and whatnot.Regards to customer service this is one of the best I have seen, the receptionist on the phone is very knowledgeable and responsive to your questions. And one thing I like about it is that they give you a call the day before your appointment is scheduled so that you know, just in case youve forgotten which is convenient.The environment is pristine and everything is well disinfected. The doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is going on which is a lost art. So if youre somebody who is interested in getting your braces, I would strongly recommend this place. Im extremely happy with the service that Ive gotten so far and the follow-up that Ive gotten so for me right now, Ill give it a 5 over 5.Two weeks with my braces in And I will you thought if I changed my opinion on anything, but so far. Im very happy.

Every bit as good as the one in Lagos. The setting is lovely as is expected of Smile 360 the Orthodontist was pleasant, again, as you’d expect with Smile 360. Recommend.
