Terrible delivery experience, especially from the Abraka-warri team. Took them one week and 4days to deliver a parcel from abraka to Abuja. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER

Very very very poor service. would not recommend. their customer service is very very poor and they dont know how to talk or respond to people within good time. glad i didnt waste my money on this useless place. waiting for them to get back to me after 10 hours they must think everything works on their time. very stupid.

Expected an overseas delivery. Charged without explanation. Number given on invoice not responding to calls. Also no online platform to lodge complaints. My package still pending. Why give three numbers for confirmation and none responds for two days now? Am I to pay a large sum without confirming
