The candles are lovely but the customer service is extremely poor. The 2 girls who work there have a tendency to be really rude and unhelpful. The last time I visited about 2 weeks ago, I walked in and was completely ignored. Even when I went to the till to pay, the light skinned girl that mans the till just kept on using her phone. My advice to the owner is to work on properly training the staff in the store so they can make it a more pleasant shopping experience.

Very nice place. It smells amazing inside and the person who attended to me was really polite and friendly. The candle I purchased also smells super nice!! Will definitely purchase more candles from them in the future

Best place to get your organic products

My experience was amazing. I had just got to town and I wasn’t going to make it before closing time. I sent a message on IG and I was replied immediately and they happily waited for me. I went there to buy just one candle, I ended up buying three and other stuff. I just couldn’t resist plus the environment was welcoming, smelled great and the staff was very helpful. Basically, I’m certain I’ve found my plug 🔌 for organic products 💪💪
