Its a good place to be. Theres also a uLesson Learning Centre on the ground floor. Kids can come in to have an experience of personalised learning at the centre. They learn under supervision and with little distraction. The centre also has a nice ambience suitable for learning.

The app needs to be upgraded especially the offline app. I have been trying to upload content for the past two weeks I got the package, its not working. Secondly, I have not received enough help from the contact center as well as the technicians. This isnt good at all. You cant just sell a device to a customer and when a customer complains of a problem,you leave the person to him or herself to sort it out.I have never experienced this kind of poor customer service in my entire life.
