This is where Huawei Nigeria Training Centre is located. Took me a while to locate because of wrong mapping. Nice place, Elevator works, there is a cafeteria, tight security, neat, has a parking lot, clean restroom, has an ATM in the lobby.Downside is that there is no signpost or Name plate on the building so you might pass it without knowing.

Niger Delta Power Holding Company is a place to be. The building is a good structure and the security operatives there are superb. Due to covid 19, accessibility there is now a big challenge as the security operatives there hardly allow you in unless on a special operations.

Located at Central area, the NDPHC building gives a facelift to the city center. Apartments are easily accessible. It houses many offices from Government to private sector and development partners. Elevators and air conditioners are all in good shape.
