Got blocked over an unpaid trip which I did pay for. How do u guys just block someone without notifications or finding out if the allegation is true. I even had to call the driver and recorded the conversation where he confirmed I paid for that trip. You guys should really do better

Had very bad experience with a Bolt driver who dropped my friend and I along lugbe highway (before our destination) and made us to cross the highway, saying he needed to go pick up his boss from the airport and out of annoyance my friend forgot his phone on his back seat. All efforts to reach Bolt customer care proved abortive as they werent picking up their calls.When the driver was finally reached he denied not seeing the phone.

Bolt are really sincere to me in teams everything concerning my activities with them.

I have always enjoyed my ride. Even when I was charged for a ride I did not take, I was refunded in full.

Easy to access and rapid response in terms of inspection.

- We waited for a driver to pick us for more than 30 minutes, and when we cancelled the ride he called to ask where we were. Is it some kind of a joke?- We order another one, the driver of which cancels immediately after. And what are we left with? Blocked account quote because we didnt show up. We who waited outside for 45 minutes for a car to show up. Bolt customer care, please, do something about it. Were not happy with the service.

I am having to post a follow up to my earlier review with a friends email because I cannot do it with the original Gmail I posted with.Please all, avoid a certain Gift-Phil who drives a gold Corolla in Abuja or just do not use Bolt altogether. This Gift-Phil man is a ticking time bomb. Threatens to beat up customers without provocation. When you report to Bolt, they do nothing and offer you a 500 naira discount voucher accompanied by a generic apology. I wonder what that driver would have done to a female passenger.Protect yourself or use other companies, please. Nigeria is unsafe already, as is.
