Cool area to live in, has a market near by and also a new shopping complex has just been built, it is opposite gwarimpa and you can get to city center in a few minutes, has some but of traffic

Large space and good location in Abuja. I like that they had a few sit outs outside the gate for people to sit on. There are also tall trees which offer a cool shade.

Its a really nice estate. With ply-able road network. The roads are almost tarred. Serene environment with adequate security personnels. Good residential location and a really nice neighbourhood.

Its more of a resident. But some of the places still have bad roads .. and the houses are sort of expensive. But if you can afford, its a great place.

The layout is good.

The place is popularly known as News Engineering Company. But the Company aint longer in operation. It seems the place would be turned to estate.
