I love everything about this estate but its distance to the city centre. Its really a nice place! But no market, grocery store, school or health facility available yet within the estate. Was told theres plan all these ....very soon

This is one of the fastest growing estates here in Kubwa, the directions was accurate but the place is not too known as many of the taxi drivers and motorcycle riders do not know the place. But lucky for me, a passenger inside the taxi I took knows it and me and boom, I found it as indicated in Google drive.

The estate is quiet, well organised, neat and beautiful.Ill recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Abuja.

The exterior was a bit disappointing. Their staff tried to make me believe the cement colour is intentional 😏 but the interior is lovely. Their staff are patient people or the person I interacted with.

Though still under development at this time. One visit let’s you see it a lovely place to live

An estate along Kubuwa express way, well designed structures, tar roads and pedestrian path.Houses mostly in blocks of flats in range of two, three and four bedrooms.
