Inside the estate is good but the out side is not good at all

It is regular working class housing estate still undergoing development. It is small and cosy with just about enough space around the bungalow buildings.

A pleasant place, serene environment, the houses are owned by young ambitious men and women but the internal roads are tarred now, only some few places are not ( thats the close) , Also the road to the Estate is not tarred, its very rough and bumpy. The road to the Estate is now under construction.

The roads are under construction and the estate is far from the main road. Its pleasant though, and quiet which is surprising because there is a school right there in the estate.

The houses in the estates are duplexes. The road to the estate is still being developed, but the road within are tarred. Cool environment, neighbourly people.

The apartments there are amazing although the roads are still a work in progress.A bit distant and doesnt seem like a place you would want to go alone at night.
