Its deserted and desolate. It needs a huge refacing and attention.The previous owner did not take care of the beautiful edifice. Image that on a Saturday, it looks very empty.

Its a nice structure good atmosphere close to many foreign embassies the also have friendly staffs and a nice parking lot hmmm lots of ac.s too to make there offices cool n calm with some artistic painting to make the office look colorful and creative its a lovely place to work

This is a plaza owned by national insurance corporation Nigeria (NICON) and they house several other companies as they have more than 5 floors with different offices at both right and left wing respectively. They have a very nice receptionist with nice services. The insurance company is located at the ground floor.The one I visited was a law firm (Gov. akeredolus of ondo states Law firm) O/A. They are good at what they do, with a a classy delivery of whatever assist you ever wanted from them.
