The reviews i read about this company made me to place an order online. The order was delivered to me in asokoro quite well,but I made a mistake to order core i5 pavilion instead of core i7 pavilion 14 which was not available., it took them almost a week to refund me. Get details of units first before you put yourself in trouble. Getting refunds could.take u long time

You are having my 5 star because hp toners I bought from you are original, I bought 207a, 216a, 106a ,415a and 05a 10 each.all were confirmed genuine at the ministry of justices. Thank you for selling good toners, but try to give us discounts next time.

Apple laptops sold here. The have a good after sales services, but you must buy products from them. They would not charge you for any support if you bought laptops and computers from them.

Concerned about computer warranty, the 25 units All in one desktop touchscreen computer we bought has a complete 3y warranty. Prices are not so cheap as expected but products are genuine channel computers from source.

Location of this place was so difficult. finally i only met a ware house with just two staff, and they refused to sale to me , claiming to be a bulk service point. this is nonsense and makes no meaning to me as a first time customer.

These guys are into bulk sales of Hp product, with their ware house in Area 11. i dont really know why they direct people to their annex office in area 1 which is not on site. Are they really serious to do business? anyways their prices are good as i just bought my core i3 Hp 14 @ a good price.

During my visit, I sought to buy a hp pavilion gaming 15 laptop which they claimed to have in their main store. After a short wait, they brought a laptop whose package was very identical to the one I had just returned to wuse zone 3 because it was just garbage. I raised the issue and asked to see the laptop itself, but they refused, stating that I must pay before opening the pack, without concrete assurance that Id be refunded if it was indeed the problematic system. So, I cant attest to the reliability of their products. This was just my experience. The customer relations wasnt bad though, so thats a positive, I guess.

My experience here was quite ok , I never visited store, I placed an order online they delivered within my time frame. I think they are not bad as speculated on the delivery processing times. I opened the box to see exactly what I ordered. I think this is a good place for online purchase of Computers and accessories.

Just found this Lenovo store online, made an order for lenovo ideapad 300 core i3, from the website uwabson.com, product came in 2 hours time, I think they are just lenovo resellers, product is good and brand new but no free gift.

I came to this locations in garki area 11 and the sales man I met here told me , they are temporary closed down , due to the Covid 19 pandemic , and soon commence renovation. I wondered why he refused to sale to me and directed me to the annex office in area 1. So sad!!

A Lenovo IdeaPad 330 I saw for N126k before the covid 19 virus, now that I want to buy they are telling me , N170k this is really crazy and criminal.i am disappointed in the sudden price increase, been a trusted company.

Visited store , wanted to buy Toshiba Dynabook, they did not have in stock. Had to buy Toshiba portedge ,core I5. Advise you call to ask for stock availability before you go to location.

I just visited uwabson computer store in Abuja , Persons I met here were friendly, just that prices of printers here is almost the same as prices in Ikeja (Lagos) were I stay, so could not buy. I only upgrade my laptop successfully at uwabson store . I rather buy from Lagos close to my house which I think is better and closer for me. Thank u.

When I reached this location , I was also disappointed that laptops were not displayed for you to see and buy, they were all sealed in its cartons. Computer prices are competitive, but had to wait a while to receive order from them. I think they are good for business.

This location is full of lazy staff, forming for clients. I think they should start giving all customers attention.even if office is on renovations

Pls know that some of your customers work Monday through Friday , Saturday might be a better day for them to shop, so consider half day on Saturdays.

Office location at area 1 is off commercial zone, the Dell Power Edge T330 server we bought here was moderate, we had to buy from them after we discovered product had an official warranty on Dell website.
