They are too much. I so much loved their services from when i entered the office. i was well received and listened to.I was updated from when it was registered till when it was ready.Received text messages, mails and was called as well.They are extremely awesome i must say cos i have had an experience somewhere else it was terrible but for them i give them 100%

I woke up one day to my iPhone 6s+ overheating, and after it cooled down, it never turned on nor showed a charging indication when I plugged my charger.I called their Abuja branch to report the issue(their address was listed on my warranty form) and since my warranty was still active with their company and also on Apple care, they asked me to call their Lagos office because they weren’t working at that time because of corona pandemic.I called their Lagos office and they asked me to send down my phone to their office. I sent it to a friend in Lagos to assist me.My phone was sent to their office in Ikeja and my case no was registered ( I got all notifications regarding progress till my phone was ready for pick up).They sent my phone back to Apple for replacement. I was really surprised because all these was done within a wk even with the corona pandemic.I got a brand new replacement phone, same model and color as my previous overheated phone (it doesn’t come in an iPhone carton with accessories). I used my previous serial no on iCloud in order to be really sure, and it said “the device with the serial no has been replaced”.I also chatted with Apple support because I had my doubts about it as the phone came without a packet/carton, and they verified that replacement phones come that way. With my new serial no, they also verified it was a newly replaced device.The newly replaced iPhone doesn’t come with a new warranty though. It continues from the warranty of the old deviceI’m overall satisfied with their service. Professional and excellent. I highly recommend.

I gave my laptop for diagnosis and system error repair and the laptop was given to me in a dismantled form and not even working anymore.The customer service is very very poor.The engineer Nuhu just gambles with peoples laptops.Even after going back to complain nothing was done.
