Most terrible place to shop.I bought a light box from them around 1pm, got home to fix bulbs and one of the sockets snapped off, I return the next day at 10.30am.I told them what happened, the staff said theres nothing they can do about it. The boss even came downstairs and insulted me. I left and had to go somewhere to pay someone to repair it.Heres the thing,Ive bought Godox brand there before which works perfectly. This time, he now sells is own branded type which is very inferior.Please let this place be your last option.Ive heard terrible narratives about the Austin guy, I never believed. This first hand experience is one that I wont forget soon.I wish theres zero star, Ill be so glad to give them

Rating this person is a little tricky. So they are well equipped and if you know EXACTLY what you need to model and spec then youre good.But if youre a semi novice in photography, videography or Audio equipments and youre hoping for some kind of help or assistance in decision-making, lol, youre not going to get it.If you thought they were rude towards you, its not you thats how they are to everyone. The less time you spend there, the less youd notice.

Its really a nice place with equip instruments for digital activities but there will be a need from the management to retrain there customer Care representative most especially in handling phone and attending to request.
