Mabushi Ultra modern market is one of the best plan market in the heart of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja design by the Administration to make it a befitting and modern market that will accommodate everything and everyone. A beautiful site and tied road with modern architecture. It is a lovely market.

A well organized ultra modern market with ample Parking space. Multiple Blocks with enough spacing away from each other to avoid congestion even though the market usage is not yet at full capacity.All categories of store spaces available including warehouses and banking halls.All buildings have wheelchair access and also wheelchair access for staircases.A fire service point is located within the market area, AEDC office is also located within the market for proper electricity distribution and the market security is a good one with almost zero theft case.

This market was built over 8yrs ago but up till now, the market is yet to drive traffic. So many shops there are still vacant and still recording low patronage.

In my opinion, the location of this market even though off the Gwarinpa Jahi Express Road is quiet tucked in. Also the fact that the Complex closes its main gate to entry and exit by 7pm everyday also doesnt make it a commercial property of choice.

Its a good Business Environment, Calm and Organized. Love the place.

Modernized market place. Contains various plazas for different vendors. Market was peaceful and neat unlike what we see in other Nigerian markets

Nice market place I recommend auto dealers to rate spaces in this location because there are a lot of auto body shops around the area

Seems a quiet market....I went there on a Saturday...(Dont know if its generally that way or its due to the happening -pandemic).Its quite big and spacious though... the road leading to the market is not all that good.

Unlike most Abuja markets, you cant get perishable items here, but variety of shops with gr8 prices. Zee mart was a cool place to buy drinks and frozen food.

If you are yet to be there,I bet you, you are missing the greatest test of food made in an excellent environment 😋.

The market is new and fast growing. Simple and basic daily stuffs, toiletries, groceries, household items, food and more are available at good prices. You should try it sometime.

A modern market in mabushi area in abuja.

The market is okay because it is able to meet some basic market requirements like hygiene and security. An added advantage is that it is centrally located in the city center. It is not yet fully functional but will likely be a marketing hub in the future.

The market is has good access roads and relatively well organized. It is also not crowded as you would find in other markets. The item I went to purchase ads also cheaper than I would find elsewhere in Abuja, a probable indication that goods are reasonably prices. The only downside is the limitation in options available as there were several unoccupied stores

I really didnt like this market, my first time of visiting the place it look so dirty and scantily occupied.The management need to do a lot more organisation to enable the place to be like other markets.The builds are not it ,not well built and to mention but a few .If the need be chang the management for better patronage

Tailors and clothing materials. Of course, there are the other everyday market produce like any other market.Another facility in view is a firefighter station 👍🏾
