A lower level court situate in the city center of of Wuse Abuja, with high volume of trials of crimes and tenancies. It is an important grassroot court as members of the public easily access this court for their daily activities such as Affidavits, and cases. The Magistrate Court has over 20 court rooms manned by several hard working Magistrates. Magistrates are addressed as Their Worships. i.e, Your Worship for singular. This court also handles large volumes of civil matters. So as a citizen, you can approach the court to file your complaints, plaints and a date will be assigned to you. Good luck.

The magistrate court zone 2 seems neglected in terms of maintenance. I am not sure it is still connected to electricity grid as there was no light all the days of my visit. The electrical fittings light fans air conditioners look dilapidated. The staffs are just busy going about their normal business no one seems bothered about excellent service.

This place consists of several magistrate courts - courts 1_3. Its very clean and the staffs are very professional. Great service, the fee is super cheap.

Please what is happening at the Magistrate Court at Zone 2,? visited the place last two weeks and almost spent the whole of my day there, reason being that there was no light and the court couldnt power a generator as they claim its faulty, A whole Magistrate court?, the first floor where you swear affidavit, the lady needs serious orientation, she is so so rude and unfriendly.
