In the overall, not too bad. Ofcourse it was very stuffy since the air conditioners were not on. Guess they had to switch them off as a covid preventive measure since the queue is long and many people in an enclosed area. After about an hour and a half my number came up, I was attended to by an extremely pretty lady and my problem was resolved. Dont bother going to the 9mobile outlet at Adetokinbo Ademola Street, Wuse 2 near 4u supermarket: their systems are forever not working.

Unlike other 9Mobile Offices in Abuja, this office is less crowded and fully staffed with an average of 3-4 staff present at each time. You are attended to immediately and depending on your issue, can have your issue resolved in 10 - 30 minutes. Staff are also very friendly and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone having challenges with 9Mobile
