I thought it was such a brilliant idea to be able to order cakes quickly from an online selection and have them personalized and delivered anywhere in the city. I have previously made an order with this store and I was satisfied. I even gave them a great review..They were professional and worked with me to deliver on what I asked.Second time out, it appears as my friend says, they were advertising the first time!!I am not based in Abuja and required a cake to be made and delivered. I went on their page, made my order and paid. The delivery day came and I asked to see what it looks like. Now, I order a lot of cakes for people and always ask for a picture to assess the outcome. This cake didnt come out as expected and did not quite look like the image. The initial one made by them while it had few cut outs looked elegant. Mine looked plain. Okay, we can work with this. I asked if they could put more cutouts, they said no, they were out... fine, can the cutouts be moved a bit forward to make it more visible, I was informed that this would involve icing the cake all over and I was asked to pay for this service!!! I was utterly amazed. They insisted that what was made is exactly as the image shared on their page. I got tired of the back and forth, then said if they cant see what is wrong with the cake, then they can forget about it. They appeared quite happy to do this despite the fact that I had already paid for the cake and the delivery fee. No offer of a refund was made.. I dont even refer to the cake, the delivery charge was paid and no cake delivered...

If I could give this business less than a star I would. Their unprofessionalism is peak. I ordered a cake and made payment twice due to faulty bank network. Now I sent this cake to a client and asked for a picture of what was being sent but never got one. I also asked for a refund as I paid twice but they kept posting me for 9days with no communication whatsoever I had to do the reaching out each time. As a returning customer and someone who has referred this business severally to everyone I’m disappointed and would never be returning , there were better ways to communicate but all I got was silence.

Ordered an 8-inch barbie cake around 8am Nigerian time and it was delivered before 5pm and their cakes are reasonably priced. Ill update my review with a taste score, but I received pictures of the cake and it looks even better than the picture on their website. Ill definitely be ordering from them again. A few things that can be fixed: the FAQ & contact page on your website looks like gibberish, please fix that asap! Also I tried calling your number several times and Id get forwarded to another number, then get disconnected...that was a bit annoying. I was able to reach them easily on WhatsApp, so add we can be reached on whatapp or something like that on your website, so people dont think theyve been scammed. Lastly, the cake was delivered later than promised. I was told same day orders are delivered between 3:30-4:30pm, but my cake was delivered a few minutes before 5pm. This wasnt a big deal because my event wasnt time sensitive, however in the future, please plan ahead and be on time. Theres always going to be traffic, or the delivery person gets lost, or construction is happening on your planned route and you have to take a longer route, something is always going to happen, so factor in these unplanned circumstances and give yourself enough time to get there safely and early. Thats it! Yall were great, I hope the cake tastes good.
