I made a payment for E PIN since last week 24/04/2021 my wallet wasnt credited up till now I called the customer care they are posing me up and down that they are working on new portal, now the new porportal is working now yet my wallet not credited, I called they arent picking please my advice for viewer is dont go near them they are scam

I know you will still delete my comment but your company is very worst when it comes to customers response and attention. I had so many issues with you guys since the beginning of this year and I do call you every day no one is picking up. youre not running a bussines youre running money into your pockets. I bought too epins last year December 28 and 18 epins are not good , it says the card has already been used . it was like Im doing business with ghost. pick the call and solve my issues . Ive paid money into your account since last week and Im yet to buy epins due to your slow and sluggish site developing for a week. if anyone is reading this . do not do business with this company. they are very frustrating.
Dear Team,The below request was made since friday 17/4/2020 .transfer was made to the company union bank account around 7:34am , then I got a text from your company around 10:09am stating that I should delete the union bank acct and replace it with a Zenith bank account. I called and explain to one of your staff and he said no problem not until yesterday Sunday 19/04/2020 that they are still trying to work on the acct I transferred to . Since Friday have not gotten the below request.
