From the security at the gate to the staff inside, everyone was willing to assist me with my inquiry. Willing to tell me what to do, and the right documents to submit to achieve my aim. Their staff is amazing.Only issue I had was the time wasted (about 3 hours) while waiting for one “senior” staff to get to work. They should do better with that. That aside, it was a good experience.
