The planning needs improvement. It is a wonderful organization for corporate training that has been hiding herself and needed to be dug out for greater recognition. Like other Federal Government Institutions, their hands had been tied behind their back through inadequate and untimely financing and commanded to come and race at international competitions with global competitors. Please encourage them. There is always room for improvement.
