Very dirty n smelly place

The office can be better, no computer or whatsoever, can’t even book a ticket online, no POS when people are forced to carry on cash transactions. The staffs are disorganised, dirty environment including the ticketing hall, I mean no ticket is even issued. After payment you’ve to stay close to your bag where there isn’t tag and make sure you’re there as they’re loading and you still have to pay extra fee for loading of your luggage (pufffss) I thought that era is long gone? No water dispenser or complimentary breakfast to passengers waiting. Isn’t this supposed to be a government owned company ? Why is it this way ?All the way nice and neat vehicles and hope it remains that way.

Good bus service among Nigeria.
