Beautiful, spacious rooms. There are also meeting rooms of different capacity. Wide parking space. The water in the swimming pool is usually warm in the morning to enable you have a cool swim. The gym is also available for lodged guests.The staff are cool and friendly staff, it only seem that their food is not top notch

Is a very dry place, the bathroom has no toiletries, the food is very dry and expensive. And is not right for only one person to have breakfast when you are a couples . Was told the other person has to pay . No even drinking water in the room

Hotel is well located with different routes access in case of traffic, clean with courteous staff. Stayed in an ensuite but apart from the added space no other advantage. No microwave, no iron, poor selection of teas, decor old..

Well organized. Beautiful design. Customer service is good too.Theres a nice bar and lounge setting which has a pool. I use their gym consistently. Well equipped with a good instructor.

Lovely big hall. Well air conditioning. Large parking space and security men on ground. I did not enter the rooms as I only attended a friends wedding at the hall.

First day of arrival, there was no foot mat, soap and lotion. Second day I called reception three times before I got a body wash. Other days were okay.

So I am here at the pool side having dinner with my kids and it started raining. The hotel couldn’t provide us an umbrella rather they went in for cover leaving us in the rain. We managed to use a table cover to get ourselves into the hotel and wait for over an hour just to get what we ordered!!! I am still waiting and honestly I just feel like canceling the pending orders.Service is very slow!!!!

Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Properly managed too. Meeting rooms and halls are well equipped and arranged with covid protocols in place. Children friendly and facilities are accessible to PWDs.

Just spent the night, so I didnt really experience the hotel. There was a small white roach in my room. That wasnt appreciated at all. But the general ambience was good.

I went swimming and it was pretty awesome. The staff was nice. The bathrooms were clean and there was hot running water in the shower too!

The interior is looks good but the service is terrible. I went in for breakfast and waitstaff had no clue. I ordered a croissant, 10mins the waitstaff returns saying they have ran out of it, same thing again when I ordered a hot dog, then I wanted egg bread and it wasnt available. Then the waitstaff disappears I ended up giving up and left without wating any food 😞

Wasnt really impressed by the facility/service. The music playing in the outdoor bar can be heard in the room. Though a big hotel.

They have the covid 19 protocol prevention in place. You would be disinfected before going into the hotel and temperature checked. They also have a decent event hall where you can have events

I go there twice a week to use their gym which for me is the most affordable yet standard gym around Abuja. It has the most basic equipments and space required for keeping fit

Room was beautiful and neat but the bathroom was leaking water, it rained so there was a leaking noise through the P.O.P and the guys at the kitchen were a bit rude but other staff from the reception and others were pretty helpful and very pleasant

Lovely place, courteous reception staff. Few hotels in town beat the design of the rooms. I enjoyed their food too. However, they almost ruined our fun night. The karaoke was very disappointing. Paid for 2 hours, it took almost 2 hours to set up. Later they said the hotel didnt provide a necessary cable. The DJs friend could not hold his temper, he shouted at one of us for asking why the setup was taking so long. But we were determined to have fun, nonetheless.A little more attention to details would help improve their service.

This Hotel is fast losing its glory. They have not been able to sustain the quality they started with. The rooms dont smell good as the rugs have suffered long periods of cigarette smoke and stains from guest.The customer service is not great.The prices of the rooms are too high compared to the quality of the room. Its not a place I will like to revisit.
