The place needs to upgrade its healthy recipes and offerings.The staff may need more training in the wellness food section.

This place is known to be one the best smoothie shop in the City. They have great customer service. They have smoothies for those looking to lose weight, eat healthy or for wellness juices.They have a rich food menu. Local dishes, pizza and grills are included.I usually visit here during lunch for their smoothies. My favorites are the Immune Boosters. It’s a place to visit for anyone in the City.

This is the go to place for a healthy meal. I enjoyed my spaghetti Bolognese which had almost no oil settlement. The portion was just enough too. The Chapman was lovely and I didnt want it to finish!

This is perhaps one of the best food court in Abuja. Excellent meal, excellent customer service, good ambience, and relatively affordable meal.Let me expatiate. When you arrive, their is a free starter meal ( garden and groundnut and water). It takes about 20 minutes to prepare the meal.The soups are really tasty and a lot. Enough to serve 3 persons. It has a lot of dried fish, snail, shrimps, and well steamed offals. The fresh fruit is taste great as well.I rate them a 5+ Star

Needed morning snack. Got to the location around 8am, ordered a meal that was supposed to be fresh..Moi-moi I think, but was told I have to wait for 15mins for it to be warmed. I asked why it takes that long and was told it was in the freezer...it has to defrost and then warm. I dont like refrigerated Moi-moi

They make and sell nice chicken salad. In fact the best chicken salad around but I cannot vouch for other meals hence their services are always poor.

Wellness spot is a great place to get Nigerian meals except you are not in a hurry. Preparing an order takes nearly 45 minutes

Good food

Honestly theres a 15-20 minutes waiting time before your order is on your table, but theres a complimentary groundnut while waiting.The environment is cosy and nice finished in natural bamboo and well lit space with much of natural lighting!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, this place use to be my best spot for healthy salads. They now cheat and cut corners in their salads especially chicken salads. I won’t recommend this place to any family.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
