The environment is nice but the ac wasnt cooling and it was a very hot afternoon. The restroom wasnt neat and there was no tissue.The waiter didnt look like he knew what he was doing, our orders got mixed up, the wait was so long and one of us didnt eat in ,he had to take his food away because his food arrived after we all had eaten, they forgot about him. We were attended to by 1 person and we were about 12 people, service was so slow. Food was very delicious but the bill got mixed up too. And we were delayed because of that. Dont know if I will be visiting anytime soon

Hungryman restaurant is neat, clean with good environment.My visit was not pleasant as the waiters had little or know idea of hospitality.Ordering / waiting time can be very long.Choice and variety off food and drink very limited.A lot need to be done to increase patronage.

This is a cool eatery joint. Though the prices of their food are moderate. No enough parking space. Above all, their meal is delicious.

The service is good here. The wait time is Understandably long but the food is good. There are seating arrangements to account for different parties. And the food is tasty too. I would definitely recommend for lunch or meeting spots.

It was quite a meal. Quite a quantity, had to take the rest home. But for reasons I cannot particularly explain, I did not enjoy the banga soup as I normally would. I didnt taste as native as I know banga soup to be.I liked the environment too

Nice enough place, always busy, parking is a major problem. The service is great. The food is not bad but I had sand particles in my food. Maybe they were having a bad day. Ill give them another try.

To be honest, the hungry man restaurant is overhyped. Though meals are good, and the environment is ok. But they can do better in terms of their food. With such amount that one pay, they need to be better in their cooking.

Lovely a serene. A friend recommended their Ukwa (a local delicacy for Igbos) so we went to have a taste. Wonderful experience i must say. Their food is affordable especially when considering their location and the price offered per plate of similar restaurants in the same area

The meals are tasty and freshly prepared. However the time between ordering and service is very slow. I do not recommend this restaurant when you are very hungry.

They have both continental and local dishes that are excellently prepared. Their table waiters are professional and efficient. They also have drinks to go with the meals. The price is fair.

Do not be deceived by the plush setting of The Hungry Man restaurant; it is a local restaurant in the sense that their focus is on native meals, and theyre good at making delicious local dishes from around Nigeria.Warning: try not to order intercontinental dishes because they not have that on their menu and they DO NOT know how to make them. I went overboard when I requested for chicken salad and it was described as chicken in vegetable. I accepted the description. Alas, I got fried chicken pieces in vegetable 🤣🤣Also, the plush setting of this local restaurant reflects in the bills: the meals are quite exorbitant. If you do not mind paying N3,500 for a plate of Poundo yam and Afang, please visit and have a meal here.The service is exquisite: hot towels to clean hands and face, and oranges to freshen your breath after your meal.Feel free to use you hands as against the cutlery for they have wash hand basins in sight.P.S. Go there hungry. The meals take approx. 15mins to arrive but the plate will fill the gap hunger made.
