3am Saturday and all 3 cashiers are asleep. Is management over working the cashiers? Are the cashiers non chalant? Is it because the market is slow? As a consumer I expect the very same treatment at 3am as I receive at 3pm. If youre gonna stay open 24/7, please ensure your staff are rested.

They have good good but very very very bad customers service from the 3 ladies on the front desk. I called and placed my order and on reaching there I have to wait for 1 good hour standing . I watched this ladies take orders in my sight and mine was delayed to please the Alahaji. I requested for a refund and I wasn’t given . Nice place, there is a very nice wall decor that has the names of major cities in the world⭐⭐⭐, I ordered the Chicken suya shawarma for N1,500 and it is the best shawarma I have ever had!!! It was very good!! I would recommend it the shawarma, Downtown has the name home of shawarma and it definitely lived up to it. They also have ice cream and coffee and burgers and a nice menu including a kids section on the menu.

This place never leaves you stranded, as it is open 24hrs. The customer service is good and the food in addition to been tasty is also cheap. They have takeaway service, table service, internal & external seat arrangement. On the external sitting, you can smoke shisha. They also have free WIFI. Alcohol is not included in any of their menu items. The high level of traffic at this place discourages me from going there because of car-parking challenges

The number is always busy which is cheap because a 24hours restaurant like this should have more than one line and even when you finally almost die of hunger and get through to a representative they take another hour to respond to your message on WhatsApp, they are honestly under staffed please it’s a waste of your time trying to order. Just drive there or don’t even bother because even when you drive there it’s another delay because like I said, they are understaffed.

A nice place for crispy chicken but they didnt have chicken wings and I almost cried cos that was my craving for the hour. Please, the fried rice is a scam but their staff is well-mannered.

It took time for them to come take my order and still took longer time for my order to arrive, but it has a good ambience and comfy chairs, a good place to go sit and work while munching some nice food.

Really good environment.Alcoholic drinks are NOT sold here.I did not have a seat here, I ordered for Shawarma and stood till it was ready.I had the chicken shawarma which goes for 1500naira, but because i wanted sausage in mine, i paid additional 200naira.. making a total of 1,700naira.The shawarma was not awesome.It was really dry.., NO cabbage, NO mayonnaise and NO ketchup. You can just imagine how dry it was. It was also too salty for me.They have their menu/price list just at the entrance, and i think their things are not so expensive.From the front desk, you can really see lots of guys and few ladies in their kitchen, chatting and laughing. I could see a lady holding sausage with her bare hands.. and others wearing gloves on their left hands and leaving their right hands bare. (I dont know the reason for this)The whole kitchen part of my experience there really turned me off.The staff are not as friendly as you would expect.I may just try this place one more time, and seat down this time.. just to confirm whats really up with them.

Pretty serene environment, which attracts a trendy crowd. Its a 24 hour cafe in Maitama and you can get a quick bite from Sharwama, salad, subs and complete meal like rice and chicken all at an affordable price. Good for a casual hangout with friends also they offer lattes too as well as Shisha if you fancy those kinda things. The down side is they can be very slow in their service delivery as well as the preparation of your order so bare that in mind.

Most useless service in town! Called 40 Minutes before going for an order, got there but they kept saying its almost ready, waited for another 10mins still no burger. Most uncoordinated staff Ive ever seen. Dont waste your time calling thinking everything will be ready. Its Absolute rubbish!
