The store really lives up to its name - EXCLUSIVE.Most items here are a bit pricey. Great walk-in experience. I recommend this shop.

Quite a large store with so so many choices..I find their prices competitive as well.I may just move to Abuja because of the amazing variety available in this town..One really needs to know what you really want before stepping in or you will find yourself going off with other things you may not need at the time or even ever....

Huge😄. Polite staff. Nice place for shopping for groceries, clothing medication, confectionary , stationery books....i bought a whodunit book ..... wide aisles, clearly arranged and wide spaced. Covid 19 compliant environment. Could however do with a bigger parking lot for busy days. Serenely peaceful ambience. I loved the quiet yet busy shoppers haven.

Exclusive store is a very massive shopping mall, with high quality comes high prices.you can get varieties of stuff here, ranging from food stuffs, groceries, clothes(both genders), back to school stuff, sea foods, fruits, beddings, toiletries, laundry items, and many more, just name it they have many collections of wine as well.

Theres probably nothing you wont find here, from appliances to toiletries, to children clothings, everything is here. Quite a huge store with willing to help assistants and attendants.The parking space doesnt do it justice

Affordable and wide range of products

Price of commodities are becoming unnecessarily costly here and this accounts for poor patronage by would have been loyal customers. For instance, a brand of toothpaste thats being sold N1,500 elsewhere is sold at N2,400 at Exclusive Stores. Thats just one item. The name of the toothpaste is Euthymol

This is a good place to shop for groceries, office supplies, sports wears, and a restaurant. Its quite a huge store and it enjoys good patronage because of its location. Theres a parking space though not big enough. Their staff are experienced and friendly. There are also taxis for people who need one to get to their destination. I will love to visit again.

I like shopping there cuz they usually have what i need plus they give discounts to their customers which is cool.

If it’s expensive, then find a cheaper alternative, they are customers who do not have a problem with the pricing & I don’t see the point of writing a negative review for that alone.Parking Space: For a store that sells a variety of goods, I think it’s important to consider expanding the parking space & improving security indoors and outdoors.Customer Service & COVID-19 precautions: I used to enjoy going to Exclusive to shop for groceries, i am considering looking for a different store due to the poor customer service. I tried asking for help & was ignored and the employee rolled her eyes at me. Additionally, the issue of COVID-19 is unfortunate, but to prevent the disease from spreading it is important that everyone in the store, customers and employees put on their face mask properly, it surprises me that people in this country are so unmoved by a deadly disease and some are so ignorant to its existence.Please, whoever manages this store should consider reading through the reviews and making some improvements so as to improve customer experience. The staff there are really nice. I found a lot of my favourite cheese varieties there. Something I searched everywhere for. So, they saved me today.

There is no much long que waiting for payment turn after shopping.They also offer cashless payment options and late night service.

Very big place the carry everything you need for home, the first floor supermarket has everything.

In terms of ambiance, exclusive stores is great.Okay customer service.However, I want to come there to find things I definitely cant find in other stores but this isnt so.It also takes longer to find aisles with the products you need.All in all, its a 3/5 experience
