I went to Traffic Bar on Missouri Street some days back with some friends. It wasn’t my first time going there and having a bad service but I couldn’t let this one pass.The service there is horrible. Not many people were around that night so they were perfectly fit to attend to everyone. It took them 40 MINUTES and many interventions from myself and my friends to the bar for them to finally serve us our draft beers.I asked to speak with a manager or at least someone responsible for the place that night and was told they didn’t have any initially. I asked again before they told me she wasn’t around. I can’t comprehend how the waiters are so nonchalant and why the service that night and other times I have gone is slow.What annoys me is that the place has a so much potential and has a nice vibe.If you value your money and time, I wouldn’t not recommend that place.

Heard about the place for 2 years and this was the first time I visited, trying to be somewhere new. Love the natural look of the whole place. Perhaps what is most catchy is that apart from the central bar, all sitting areas are designated different names(of regions in Abuja). Id say they make very good shisha, not harsh at all and the flavours are great. The flowers and trees also give somewhat kind of privacy. Cuisine too looked well presented. Due to sitting arrangements Id recommend call buttons on tables as the downside of the flowers is youre almost not visible trying to signal the bar guys, you gotta wait for one to pass which wasnt happening as fast.

It’s a quiet, and well arranged space for chilling and hanging out with friends, I actually loved the decor as well, one of my favorite place to hang with my friends

I liked the wings and the grilled fish. Nice ambience also but it fills up in the evenings. I prefer how quiet and calm it is in the mornings.

As simple as the one in Lagos. Best spot for casual hangouts. Not too flashy & not drab also. Scenery is minimal & perfect for professionals that just want to chill after a long days work. Food & drinks is affordable also. Polite staff too. Same menu as the one in Lagos and same design too. Just that Lagos is more expensive; though affordable in terms of Lagos standard

Love the location. Quiet spot. Serene, with courteous staff. They were a tad slow yesterday, but theyre always spot on with other visits. Loved my milkshake at my last visit!

Love the food and menu is great as they have a little bit of everywhere. This used to be a go-to place for me and my wife but recently it seems neglected. I suggest retractable awning or plastic PVC sheets due to the rains and a bit of touchup. Still a lovely place to be on a moderate budget.

Nice. If u want a quiet and private evening. This is a great bet. I love their outdoor set up . The greenery! Shows off natures beauty.

Nice place. Pitty that the barmaid that night was not really keen to prepare cocktails for white people, giving priority to local customers who arrived after. Shameful behaviour but hey... racism is everywhere on earth🤷‍♂️

Worst service ever. I arrived there at 9.30PM, I directly ordered food (chicken campanila), after 1h30min and after having asked several times to the waiter, I decided to go by myself  to the kitchen to see where was my food and they told I should wait at least 40 more minutes to get it. I finally left the place at 11.30PM without having eaten anything.

Super interesting place with so many separate seating areas. It’s like 20 different places in one. Huge central bar with a resort fee.

Should be an Abuja landmark, but then those whove discovered this hidden gem would likely complain.Exotic sit-out (I think that is a Nigerian word) that still delivers on the Abuja garden experience with sophistication.You get essentially the same menu as the Galaxy location without the crowd. Try the sea marinara with white sauce and make it spicy if you are so inclined.Worth the experience if you havent been.

Always a joy,good food, beautiful faces but unfortunately service is still not great.You should try taking pictures at night and thank me later 😉.

I love the garden feel of Traffic Missouri, music is great and not too loud and the cocktails are amazing. Shisha is also good. The quality of their food has declined over time which is very disappointing as I used to look forward to their seafood pasta. The last pasta dish I had was overcooked and bland. They increased prices of their meals and reduced quality and the food takes forever to get served. Maybe they changed chef or something but they really need to look into improving their food. The staff are quite friendly.

All I can say is this, the concept of traffic is exceptional... Nothing like it around, open space with names of major areas of the city making a spot within a spot👌. If am in Abuja I can visit traffic bar and in traffic bar I will seat at maitama (spot) or in Lagos Ill be at traffic bar but seating at Ikoyi. Affordable prices and good atmosphere always...

Location is well hidden so to say n I love it, the privacy, the mini aquariums, the flowers and tall hedge fenced wall gives it a forest look sort of😄 & an indoor art gallery as well as outdoor restaurant.Slightly raised price than the other, with a guest house so to say & in house cab drivers.Meals are nice and they vary so also drinks of all sorts, music & open bar outdoor sitting space.I love being outdoors hence my thrills 😀

Really laid back. Fantastic location for a nice chilled hangout with your dudes. Music is cool and the freshness of the environ surrounded with plants gives you a therapeutic feeling from nature whilst you enjoy your pint of beer with amazing foods. Recommended anytime any day.

Nice place for a drink and delicious pasta though it now looks weather beaten unlike 10 years ago that I was active there

I love this spot cos you can go away from the hustle and bustle of life and get the break you deserve. The ambience and atmosphere is relaxing, chill, tranquil. This resturant is surrounded by flowers and trees, the interior is a combination of nature and wood. I tagged it a getaway spot from lifes struggles and stress. Quiet and cool spot for the night lives. Id consider this place cozy and romantic. Would be a nice place for a date. It has got great restaurant and bar, wonderful outside sitting spot. Traffic bar is top notch.

Nice view located in a cozy environment. Its fairly lively at night and I love that it is a great place to hang out with friends. There is an outdoor sitting space where friends can come together for some bonding.Female toilet is fairly neat. The food isnt great. Shawarma looked uncooked, noodles were soggy. The chips seemed to be the best of what we ordered.I wouldnt try the dry martini next time. Drinks are, well, priced! Smirnoff black was 1000 naira so...Not sure how long they are open for but we left there after 12am.

Nice ambience. But slow customer service

I like the ambience of the bar and the outdoor setting is quite nice. The service however can be made better, had to wait almost 2 hours for my meal to be done and someone stormed out in anger just before my meal was brought to my table. I understand there was a high turnout of guests but I believe the servers can do better at managing customers.

Loved the ambience. I actually ordered from their dessert menu, the tres leches, waffles and pancakes. The milk cake was out of this world, so decadent.

Ambience of this place is really nice! Any place that understands English, Im giving an A+! Food was good, fairly quick. They did bring out the dishes as they were ready. Drinks were the highlight for me. I had an African Bee Drop. Its like a rum martini.

BEST place have been in the capital so far

Not that bad,could be better. There is however a need for the catering department to learn that theres a difference between stew and sauce.

If you are looking for a quiet and comfy place to chill, then this is the place.

Quiet and reserved chill out spot... Maximum privacy . Not rowdy and crowded, a place for the perfect gentleman.

The same concept as the one in Lagos, though on a smaller scale. I wasnt very impressed with the traffic in Abuja compared to the one in Lagos.It rained shortly before we (my colleagues and I) got there and all the cushions on the chairs had a damp smell.

Nice place . The management should try and fumigate that place against mosquitoes and also I think there is also need for the waiters to be trained properly considering my experience the last time I was there and other observations I made.

This spot is one of my favorites in Abuja.

Its just there... the setting is cool but the management is not it.

So its a 3 star because when you work with the Google map to the location its often misleading. Because its a hideout. But its a place you might want to try out this weekend.

Pretty cool place for a quite night out or a Business lunch. Ambiance is very relaxing and the standard of the cousins has been well maintained over the years. Families will also enjoy this place especially if they visit during the day.

This is a good place to experience. I went with a lady just one day briefly, she has been disturbing me to go there with her.

Place has really good ambience, good music and outdoors. but I waited for almost 2 hours for my order. And left in anger. It was a club sandwich with fries, mind you. The waiters were few and could only attend to so many.

Honestly, the food and cocktails were good. We visited on a Sunday afternoon.I like the unique decor outside... it was lacking in activities/entertainment though.

Nice place. I liked the ambience and loved the calm music even more. However the food took too long, almost an hour. We literally had to call for the waiter to go get our food. And when it eventually came out it was cold. As for the food it was just okay. The jam jar cocktail wasnt bad either.

Despite the wait time here being ridiculous, and by that I mean loooong, the ambience is pretty cozy. I love that the lighting is kept low and the sitting area is dark in the evening. Good food, drinks, Shiisha, but the delivery time needs to be worked on. DO NOT go here if you are desperately hungry. The prices are a bit steep so this is not a place for a cheap meal or drink. Great for a relaxing drink after work, catching up with friends, date night.

Very quiet and cozy place

The staff are usually very good, but tonight was a different story. Kept us waiting to be seated, waiting for our order to be taken, and then waiting for the order to arrive. Only the Shisha guy was prompt, and the shisha was awesome as usual.

A friend of mine booked a reservation for two at the Traffic...So I was privileged to have a view of their rooms.1. I find the rooms pretty decent2. There is a room with a balcony that has ample space. Nice!!!3. The front desk area looks attractive, a few aquariums here and there and artworks too.4. The deluxe rooms go for 22,500 or something around this figure.5. All in all, I think its a fair place to lodge
