This place has a lot of pluses, its secure as it shares a fence with a military barracks and is occupied by a lot of officers, the housing layout is very organized, is located in a serene environment, has a mosque and church too but as of when I went there the road network in the estate still needs some work.

Its still under construction. But the structures are coming on beautifully. I gave it three stars because I see potential. And I am sure the place will look really beautiful by the end of all construction.

As I walk through the length, breath and height (via my lens) of these estate I fall in love with it.This estate is suitable for all category or class of person (the rich the poor, single, family) I mean all.And they are still space to build, houses not yet rented which I think you need one may I dont know.The place fine sha oooo.The air there is very fresh a good place to start a family, grow your children and establish your family. I will also call this place a family house.

Accessibility is quite poor, just an up coming estate. Basic amenities like grocery shops, pharmacy, barbing salon are not there....

A new Estate coming up just behind Abacha barracks. You turn right at the small roundabout that takes you straight into Abacha barracks.There are different types of houses in the Estate - high rise buildings, terrace duplexes and stand alone duplexes. The road isn’t particularly good, lots of potholes and sandy portions.People have started living in the estate though not too many people.Its a wide expanse of land, quite a big estate.
