Paid 14k for a Cockroach infested room 😩😩Nothing was done even after my complaint. The fish Pepper soup I ordered (b4 I discovered the cockroaches) looked yummy but the brown bowl it was served in, made it lose its appeal. Will definitely not have a repeat stay!

Mixed feelings about this place. Firstly it is situated in an area that is not so popular and so getting quick ride hail services was a little slow.The hotel was clean and well maintained with rooms from as low as N7500 to as high as N25000. The rooms are bigger and more equipped as the prices increase. From small beds to king sized beds. From cramped rest room and shower combo to something more standard.The hotel has WiFi installed however it was not functional during my visit.The food ordered was tasty and the kitchen didnt hold back to up sell additions to the meal. However, the attention to detail did not get to the cutlery that came with the food. It turned out that all three pieces of cutlery came from different families, they did not match at all. The mismatched cutlery did not affect the taste of the meal.Will I go back again? Probably but only if my activities will take place in the vicinity.

Its a decent hotel, within Apo Resettlement. A parking lot of about 10 vehicles. It has two halls for receptions and seminars (not large), cant entertain more that 100 people.

The hotel smells stale. The beds are very small. The rooms are not modern. I couldnt wait to leave the place as fast as I came in. And its overpriced for what it offers

The only good thing in my 4days stay in this hotel was there hot water bath and the AC. The service was really bad. They front office get confused within themselves. Ordered for food it took more than an hour and the worst was that the food was soo bad that I had to dispose them. Ordered for sharwama it came in after So many long calls and there was no single chicken inside. Most rooms ooze of smoke.

The service is horrible. Their foods are expensive for a hotel like that. And the worse was the shawarma , it was horrible. I was given shawarma with fried potatoes inside. A shawarma j order for with chicken. Not a single chicken inside. They have so many rules that doesnt make sense. Although the rooms are lovely, but the TV is wack. I saw a condom wrap in the toilet bathtub. I mean can my stay be less disgusting. Worst hotel ever!

Its a very beautiful place in a serene environment.Great place to relax as an individual, with groups or loved ones.Nice for a weekend getaway.Theres a bar and swimming pool and kids can also be brought here.The staff need more training on hospitality and customer relations.

Tiniest bathrooms ever in a hotel room. The TVs in the bar are faulty but they keep using them like that. Some staff are not polite. Food is less than ordinary but the prices are extraordinary. But all this pales in comparison to an incident my bro and I faced when we went there for drinks and football. We were stopped at the main entrance and walked round the side of the building in the rain to the bar area because they said only staying guests were allowed to walk through the hotel to the bar! Lol.

My stay was ok. Building and amenities were solid and the beds were very comfortable but the hotel requires proper maintenance and human resource could be really improved upon.

The cost per room is too high compared to the services rendered. The bathrooms are ridiculously small. Poor costumer service though the staff are courteous, they played music all night and eventually gave me a headache with the loud noise. My room was literally vibrating but their food is really nice. It’s just that with the price of the room, you can get better services elsewhere.
