I was talking to who ever picked the phone and l was asking concerning a cake l saw on line and when she called back, l couldnt hear what she said and the call ended l called her back and she refused picking. Thats not how to behave to people that want to patronize you.

They have bad customer service. I ordered a cake on Thursday telling them to deliver it on Monday and they sent a driver to deliver it on Friday without consent from me first.

My baby girls birthday was coming up and I totally forgot to sort out the cake!!!I read about this store online and made an order from them. I initially asked for just one as I had placed an order with another baker I had patronised in the past. The second baker did a totally messed up job, refused to acknowledge their error and asked me to pay to get it fixed. I reached out to xclusive as they were about to deliver the first order and they were able to get another cake together for me on short notice. I am talking about 2 hours, start to finish...Amazing client service, they worked with me to deliver what I requested for.Thank you Team...

Ive been there, I have families staying there as well, the estate has security and only one entrance for security reasons. You can make your choice of where you wish to stay or even buy the place. The price is ok. There is a market close to the estate and things are cheap there as well.
