Your customer care service is very bad. I called then several time to make enquires and they didnt pick my calls. I told one of the staff, she was unapologetic and she goes, Customers have been saying the same thing.I think the people you hired to answer calls are tired and do not want this job anymore.

A nice bakery with delicious baked foods.

The place is at wuse 2. Its adjacent Southern Fried Chicken. They have a bakery and eatery. Their plate of rice without meat is 400 naira and their meat is about 500 naira. They sell cakes, and other pastries, they also sell yourghourt and ice creams, like the Supreme Ice Cream and fruit juices.

Its just ok. Their cakes arent really nice but if you find yourself there ask for chicken bite

Very good and famous confectionary. About couple of years back, they had quite a number of outlets spread across Abuja, delivering affordable freshly baked bread and other savoury confectionaries. It feels good walking into one once again since the outbreak of fewer outlets.

Their cakes are extra affordable but their services are wack. I called on time and placed an order for my mums birthday cake which I wanted to collect that evening. I picked a design from what the sales rep sent to me on whatsapp. I was told to pick it up around 5pm . I got there around 5pm to pick it up only for the guy to tell me that he sold it to someone else and forgot to bake another one. Can you imagine!! Now I was forced to pick a design which I really hated. I asked him to write Happy birthday mummy and pack it. He took it to the other room to do that and packaged it. When I gave it to my mum who opened it, it read xappy mummy.. can you believe this!!!! I have had several experience with cake stores and they have been beautiful but I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I chose oceanic bakery this time because of reviews but I was obviously misguided. To make things worse,i have been trying to contact them to complain but they havent been picking my calls
