I am highly disappointed with their poor job, they didnt clean my vehicle well. they just polished the dashboard and vacuumed the car but claimed they did thorough cleaning while i was robbed with full amount for thorough cleaning. please these pictures on their site are highly deceptive I dont think I will ever patronize them. I am convinced their rating and reviews were bought or manipulated online.

Poor customer service, did a full wash. The staffs are just too lazy, they don’t pay attention to details.Hello,I had to do an update to my review. How much is the extra package? How much did I pay? Was told by your staff to do my wash elsewhere after pointing out lapses. I was charged for a full wash, this I paid. I find it surprising for you to say I wanted more than my package covered...

Not too bad. My second time here. Second experience was better than the first. They charged N1,500 for a quick body wash without boot, engine (I didnt ask for it) or polish (they had run outta polish). At the Sheraton its N 1,000 for the same service (about N2k with body polish).They have good equipment though. The place has potential. I believe with a bit of better pricing, incentives and customer service, they will be excellent.I was the only vehicle there (about 4pm-5;30pm yesterday, 17th Jan 2020), so there is truly a problem somewhere. Considering Car washes at the Sheraton and the one situated at Yahusa Suya Spot (Opposite the National Mosque Gate) are always crowded.
