Its the worst place to be! Its not just this branch, even their branches in other states. Just 2 customer service officers attending to customers at this particular branch (GTB, Central Business District).

Gtbank is my best bank. I am the first customer that used my Master Card on your ATM (csahiers stand) when it was first introduced in Mararaba branch few years. I introduced more than 7 of my friends that even opened an account with GTBANK,.But recently my experience with this bank on the 29th June. 2020 shocked me. I used my Master Card to withdraw money (4000) from a POS and i was debited via an alert but the money was not dispensed. I went to your mararaba branch where i filled your form on the 30th of June 2020 until now my money has not been reverse. It is really bad for me now. Where will i get hold of my money sir?

CBD Abuja branch is a very busy branch of GTbank.

Because it is located at a place were if youre stranded you can quickly use the bank services; Besides this bank and two or three others, one will have to go a long distance to get another bank.
