There is a staff at the Teller point named Samuel. I have been standing for over 45 minuits and he didnt see the need to info me on the delay and the reason for the delay in the transaction I came to do. When I asked him, his response was very rude and intolerable as he ignored me and didnt say anything and to avoid creating a scene, I decided to be silent about it. This is one reason I dont even bank with the bank because this is the second time its happening. Some of their staff are not customer friendly.
