The service is terrible. The staff are so slow, my God! Its unbelievable just how slow they are. And people keep cutting in line. Complete waste of time. Ugh! I wish i read the reviews before coming here

The bank operation and service is outrageously slow. Simple tasks and service that only take a few minutes and sometimes online will take someone several hours at this bank branchI’m not sure about other branch operational quality but if this branch speaks for access, then access has a terribly slow pace and needs to pick up and train there employees.I would recommend looking into other banks that have faster service and better operations

This diamond bank agency it is well located with easy access even if at time the parking get full but the wIting time its not too much. It is generaly busy there so may be check best day and time to visite for your own confort. The team has been very helpful even if tbey are so busy. They will always get you a smile while i am sure the pressure and load of duty its high on them.

Customer service and quality control is lacking here.

One thing I like about this branch is there is security control of the parking, it gets a bit crowded and you might have to wait longer at ATMs due to the crowd but the service is Great.
