A quiet shopping plaza in the area 11 neighbourhood of Garki in the Federal Capital Territory city of Abuja, Nigeria.It is a typical Abuja shopping mall. Very organized with spacious parking lots. Varieties of shops are opened here for business... there is a bank with functional ATM, boutiques, phone and accessories shops, perfumery, cosmetics, restaurant, snacks bar, electronics etc.Its only a 4mins drive from the Federal Capital Development Authority - FCDA Secretariat, Area 11. I love the organized and quiet business environment.

Good parking. Good prices in most shops. Shops are really diverse. Mostly clothing and mobile phone shops...but other things include liquor, lighting and even optical shops.

It is okay but I think they can do better. The management should work on the roads within the complex. There is good enough parking areas though.

I went to Efab mall to locate a salon where I made my hair. It was very easy to navigate my way around. Shops and blocks are clearly marked. I has a good experience at the mal

Decent plaza. Has 2 banks (Zenith & Fidelity). Also close proximity to FCDA. There is also a fruit stand and points for phone/laptop repairs.

Efab is a very big shopping complex with various Shops and businesses. There are two Banks and functional ATM machines available. My only concern is that on weekends some entry points are locked which makes it a Heculian task to have access to some businesses.

A number of shops are unoccupied so interested persons go find shops there. The shops are relatively alright in size and there are toilet facilities.

Efab mall is a great place to be. It has the best shops and goods and services.

Terrible Plaza with big pot holes all around.The plaza need good aesthetics renovations. It is very noisy too.

The Management should perform better especially when it comes to availability of facilities like water, on the 3rd floor of the First Malls there is no water flowing, other than that its okay
