I bought some Newtrend products- kitchen heat extractor, microwave and oven. So far the microwave and the heat extractor have been serving me well. The oven which is a 2 in 1 product (gas and electric) hasnt served me as I expected. I have a problem understanding how it works as the manual of this product is written in this English that is so hard to understand and doesnt make sense at all. I tried to bake with it but my bread came out so burnt on top and didnt bake properly inside, as the heat was too much. The product only provides control for the temperature when youre are using gas but doesnt for electricity. I tried to figure it out but couldnt. I read the manual but couldnt find it. I checked YouTube but no single video of this product has been posted on there. Please I need help

I got the NEWTREND Complete Built in Kitchen Set 3 months ago, at first i was scared but the products has been exceptional and working amazingly.Our cooking has now been made easy, my sister bakes with ease now and Fast.Thank You guys

Don’t want to go into long details but be very careful here and make sure if you’re buying in bulk you cross check every item being loaded. Zero after sales service, zero customer care, so if you have another alternative advice you go there, if not cross check everything!

This shop sells fake, maybe they did not know it but they should. A Neff brand product which is having a bad quality Bosch logo on the oven surface. The kitchen hood I was looking at had never a suction power of 1200 cbm and was in my opinion of substandard quality. And even the showroom picture is of an old and already closed shop..Message to the Owner:1. I was at your showroom today, 25th of May, from 13:15 to 13:25.2. I was actually there to see your 60cm kitchen hoods which are said to have 1200 cbm/h - but your showroom sample seems to have much less3. There in the corner of the hoods you got an oven, think ceran or induction. In the center of the cooking surface is brand NEFF stated and in the right down corner Bosch in really obviously bad quality. Neff and Bosch are too completely different manufacturers, and a German company would never print a logo in such a bad quality. Btw, there was also another customer who totally agreed with me. Your snobby sales boy told us Bosch is the producer of the glass which is wrong. Company Schott is the major producer of glass for ranges etc. Ask your sales boy he remembers me for sure. Belief me, I got extensive knowledge in this field. Maybe nobody recognized it but then the behavior of your staff is not okay. Check your product and you will agree with me.

Newtrend Built-in kitchen products are amazing. I use them at home. I love its finishing and quality.
