Service was good and the staff are nice. I dropped my soundbar for repair and I was pleasantly surprised when I was called to pick it up the next day.

Youd typically have to leave your appliance with an inspection fee and then youd be called and billed after diagnosis and/or repairs (for out of warranty issues)Fouani is off the road that leads to iddo train station. I located very easily with the aid of Google map- just follow the directions precisely.The only issue I had was I had to make a second payment after diagnosis for which upon expression of my displeasur the manager conceded to a rebate on my second fee. So MAKE SURE TO INSIST THEY INSPECT THOROUGHLY BEFORE BILLING YOU

I wish they clean their bathrooms better though.. Asides that, great service

LG service Center and show room. The reception is welcoming and nice however the location of the centre is off any transport route. You either drive or hire a taxi to the location.Remember to go with your purchase receipt if you are going to service a product still under warranty. If you electronic is out of warranty, they will cost the repairs and inform you through a call before proceeding. Service process changed to most stupid and clumsy process ever.Now after collecting your electronics for repairs some deposit too, youll have to wait for lagos to update you on status of your equipment at all times. You will need a lot of patience and time to deal with the untrained staff. If you are going for repairs be ready to pay N1000 before they check your device even if it’s still under warranty. It’s a bad experience all time. Don’t let them intimidate you shout very well if you have to because they don’t like honoring their warranty. There is Enough parking space and wheel chair access. I gave 2stars because I got result after a long time else it will be 1star.

To purchase items here is quite simple if you know what you want. However, we had to wait a while to get a means to pay as there was apparently only one working POS and it needed to be charged and there was no charger so workers were seeking who had a personal charger that could work. We had to stand to wait for all this to be sorted.Plus, area for returns and complaints was FULL! (Shouldve been a sign to us)Then, the AC unit we got here has not been working; we still have so far had no resolve.-Overall, know what you want, go there willing to get what you want, purchase item(s); but keep in mind you may possibly end up going through the rigour of return (or accept the loss if too dramatic for you).

Service centre for LG and Hisense electronics. Cost a little bit on the the higher side, but comes with some few months warranty. Located a little bit off the city centre, but not far for those who live around Jabi and Life camp.

For a place like Nigeria with zero customer care service, I have give Fouani 5 stars. I actually bought the TV via Jumia and not from Fuoani. When I got to their office, they simply confirmed that the TV was still covered by the warranty, then told me to come back in 24hrs to pick up the TV, I came back and it was all fixed. I had similar experiences with them 2 other times, on one occasion they even changed the appliance. I recommend them

Diligence is their action word. From repairs, to outright purchase. They do a very efficient job.

As a distributor, they have a lot of products. But their customer service needs work. Their staff seemed upset even before I asked any questions and the foreign staff wouldnt look at me while addressing me. My take away was they have what I need and are not trying to be my friends.

They are very lousy with their service delivery with very poor customer care, particularly if you need to repair not purchase new items. I will only advice you go to them when you have enough days to wait. Very interested in their 1k inspection fee even when they know they cant fix your electronic. The time you will waste for this remains the most painful aspect of it all. It took me 2 days for them to call to tell me that the parts are no longer produced

This is the best place for peace of mind and they are reasonably priced for all your LG repairs.They also have a showroom for sales of all their devices.Now the catch here is that they claim they dont support repairs of any device older than 8yrs old so beware. That said, they have been helpful enough to refer me on two occasions to non-LG repair shops that solved my issues for me.

Am not one to dish out commendations easily but I was to some extent impressed with their service. I took My hisense TV which developed a fault there. It was still under warranty. It was fixed immediately(after like 4 hours though) and I took it home that same day. Not many other brands service centre are that quick with issues like that. Am impressed.

Horrible. Their customers service is the WORST. Imagine the nonchalance from the Lebanese. As for the Nigerian workers they are at best very uncultured.From what I gathered you are allowed to buy new appliances but when its faulty you cant get the parts and fix if you know what the problem is, except you pay a thousand Naira for inspection and maybe whenever they feel like, you get a bill of the actual cost of replacement and workmanship PATHETIC!!Now if you inform them you already know the fault they pick offence and almost fall short of telling to get out. For the same parts that are readily available on EBay, Amazon, Ali express, etc.And the warranty is for only items they are 100% confident will not be faulty during the life time of the equipment.
