Mami is a place to be especially on Sundays.The crowd,the best grills, sumptuous food and chilled drinks.The best is that the are different stalls,stands and shades selling same thing, so you have wide varieties to choose from.I ate oha soup with wheat then a well spiced and grilled fish.This mami is a goal. Just check it out on Sundays because I was on a Saturday it wasnt half this fun and buzzing.

Lost of fish...no lots of fishes. 😀. Nice atmosphere and loads of people , food and drink. We had roasted tilapia fish served with salad and chips, cow heads peppersoup and other local delicacies. Affable hostesses will seat you and take your order. I will come again.

Abacha barracks have the best fish in Abuja, though surprisingly their drink prices have increased.

Sadly the Art of roasted fish is yet to get here, core temp for the fish we ate was near raw ,potato chips!... if you boil your potatoes lightly before frying it would come out wonderful there is the problem of parking which is grossly inadequate with military men or people with military stickers on their vehicle flexing, a guy blocked us and for over thirty minutes we waited for him, ....never coming back here there other places in Abuja with less stress

This is the headquarters of all types of roasted, grilled and barbecue fish. Kinda smoky though due to the continuous roasting of fish. Open air though. Chilled drinks and food to go. General goods are also sold in various stalls
