The staff to customers ratio is too low, waiting time for customers is too long. The place is always always dirty, the tables stained with food constantly even when vacant. Quite filthy, I must confess.

The staff are so friendly & the environment was cool at the time I visited.

Okay, first up. D Icecream deserves a hand clap, (just one clap bcoz of d varieties of it that they sell) d pizzas too, d breads not so much.... D cake, not too bad. D environment is sane enough, d parking lot needs some improv, d seats needs some 22nd century touch, d bathroom needs airfreshners especially during d rush sales on d days of d festive seasons. D service isnt first class but it isnt bad either, just in between, but I dont blame them some customers r just plain rude and pain in d necks, hence bringing out d worst from any service person... D prices of basic necessities like water and stuff is touche, so bring ur 50naira water from outside if u r a cheapskates who wants to eat in this place.
