This Estate was constructed by government and sold to individuals. It is located along Oke-Mosan within the Olusegun Obasanjo Estate. The Estate is beautiful and serene.

Orange Valley estate is located in Olusegun Onasanjo estate Oke-mosan directly opposite governors office. The estate is a beautiful with similar bungalow designs all painted with green and orange. The estate is equipped with modern facility and it is protected with 24 hours security. One cannot gain entrance into this estate if you are not residence. If you are invited, do ask the person who invited you for the house no so the security will easily confirm authenticity easily before letting you in.
