Staff are very polite and very good ambience.Internet was very reliable. Covid safety protocols were observed at all times. It is located about 20 minutes from the train station. Rooms were neat and tidy. The security men and control were also efficient. The pool side has a table tennis if you love playing table tennisOverall I enjoyed my stay and the standard buffet breakfast.

The facility and service offered is below what youll expect of a Radisson Blu, from the security man at the gate who told me they were informed not to allow persons in shorts/knickers to enter the premises. They gave out the rooms of my friends with paid reservation cos they arrived late. Asked them to go to a nearby cheaper hotel and say they are from Radisson, no contacts provided. Restaurant not staffed to handle number of people at breakfast ... perhaps overwhelmed at the number of guest. They can really do better.

Best hotel in Abeokuta. Cleanest. Maintenance was excellent. Service was top notch. Rather expensive though for the size of rooms, but the service made it worth it. Only but, were some of the queer looking guests in the hotel. Overall, love this place. Kudos to the management for keeping it world standard despite it being a renovated facility

Overall, I had a great experience here. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was clean though the bed a little small. Though the restaurant is a bit pricy which I feel they should work on. Aside that I had a beautiful experience

I would have given this hotel a 5 star but the service at the restaurant was slow we were compensated for it though. One staff at the front desk was more interested in doing his paperwork than attend to my enquiry.

I visited Park Inn Abeokuta recently for a Retreat and I enjoyed the 3nights that I spent there. From the good ambience (especially the reception area) to good food, and courteous staff willing to assist, Im impressed.I also noticed the similarities in room arrangement with other Radisson hotels that Ive visited.The Hotel sits on a large expanse of land and is situated in Kuto, along the Sagamu Abeokuta expressway. It is not far from the Governors office and across is the popular Kuto Taxi Park.There are some recreational items such as swimming pool, table tennis, gym and fitness center, basketball court etc. within the hotel.I will make out time to visit again.I believe that whatever can be measured can be improved upon; hence I will like the Hotel Management to consider addressing the gaps noticed below.1. Fix the leakages along some corridors and sitting area close to the shops/boutique ;2. Consider replacing old and/or worn-out towels;3. Get good table tennis bats and let the section where the table is located be well lit for guests who may want to play late at night.

A lovely getaway with nature at its heart in Abeokuta, staffers are warm and nice and food is good. Big spacious rooms and baths although Water temperature could be a hassle sometimes. Amazing public spaces and a nice swimming pool.

Amazing ambience and great use of space. Would have rated higher except that the power went off for way too long and they were still trying to fix it when we left.Also, the shower support in one of the rooms was falling off and was a hazard of sorts. Worst of all, the general toilets were badly maintained and in bad shape for the hotels class.Giving this a 2 because though its still my preferred hotel to stay in Abeokuta, the state of the general toilets is absolutely unacceptable, and there should be adequate backup and timely resolution when there are power outages.

I havent been there to spend a night neither have I eaten at their restaurant. I have been to Park Inn four times and on each occasion, I have always marvelled at the decor. Its absolutely stunning with various art pieces at the lobby. It also has very good lighting and the atmosphere is so calming you cant help but to relax. Based on what I have seen I would highly recommend it to anyone that just wants to take some time off to relax

Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. The superior balcony room with the pool view was super cosy and sheer bliss. The pool was perfect for the kids. Truly worth the experience.

I love the fact that they went an extra miles in ensuring safety of infants who might be dining at their restaurants.For parents of toddlers who want to lodge here, you might not need to go packing your babys dining high chair with you. The hotel made preparation for you already😊.

My family and i had a fantastic stay and experience at your hotel, Park Inn Radisson, Abeokuta. We came from Lagos to cool off and we all enjoyed your beautiful hotel, the meals, cozy rooms, every amenity, your staff, it was a world class fantastic experience.

Although, I havent spent a single night at the hotel but I had visited same severally for one function or the other. The serenity of the environment is second to none in Nigeria. The ambience is superb, one needs to visit in order to feel the vibes.

Visited this Hotel and i must say it is a True definition of 5 Star Hotel,The Ambience of the place was just so calming and beautiful.They have a shelf with a lot (if not all 🙂) of Wole Soyinkas Books.Then there are a lot of beautiful Art Works on the wall making the Reception look like an Art Gallery (i like that too).The Bar Upstairs is also nice and cozy with An Adjoining Outside Open Roof Bar where you could stay with a Beautiful view of the pool.Again you could get downstairs to the pool side which is also beautiful and cool.As Expected their Prices are actually High but i might say its worth it (Better thing na money kill am 🙂)

Park Inn..... Park Inn...... Park Inn..... As much as I try not to share my experience here... In summary, its a great disservice having Radisson associated with the Hotel. Its ok in its own way, but dont expect the Radisson standard.

The Executive lunch was stuff of legends, will recommend it to anyone looking to eat good food in a prime location. NB: The lunch prices are surprisingly affordable for such a sumptuous meal.

If not a five star,,then its a three star inn. a very big compound and good customer service from their attendants and security personnels. A conducive environment,if you have the money, youll enjoy your stay there.👍

Very impressive hotel run by Radisson.My reservation was done very courteously over the phone by Rotimi and a confirmation email promptly sent.The security officers at the entrance were nice and obviously very happy to be there. There is ample parking space and the environment is clean, quiet and pristine.The butlers and front desk officers are very warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and obviously very well maintained.The restaurant is lovely and the meals are delicious.1 day after checking in, they called to confirm that I am satisfied with their services, that was a breath of fresh air.This is truly a 5 star treatment in a 3 star hotel.

The prices of everything in this hotel is unnecessarily expensive, a plate of not well cooked indomie is 6500 naira 😳🤣🤣 breakfast is 7000 naira, delay in service for a room that cost 46,000 naira with discount. Very very bad experience.

I have stayed back to back last week for 5 days and again this week for a day , I must say I got a much improved experience, the staff are very neat, yes neatly dressed I even had to commend one male staff in the restaurant this morning, they are also very cautious and professional, the food on order comes very prompt with great service delivery , the reception experience is great .....I really enjoyed my stay and will come back again and again

I liked the environment, quite nice and quiet. There is a nice dark lounge should you wish to drink a few glasses in peace and the food is delicious. The place lacks general maintenance though and have very limited equipments in the gym. Ill rate the customer service 4 out of 10 due to no fault of theirs. It just seems like they arent trained enough for hospitality. In all, it is an ok place to stay for a very short period.

It is not possible to pay the room with Visa or American express. The atm is quickly empty or out of order. One has to pay on arrival. And the desk crew is calling every day until you paid for the room in advance.On weekend a lot of non hotel guests come and take place at the pool, disturbing with silly conversations. The network is really poor and many times not working. The food in the restaurant and its prices are ok, also the prices for room service. The waiters in the restaurant are friendly and diligent. The service at the bar(inside and outside) is often very slow and not attendant.The rooms are medium, clean enough but the bathroom is smelling not fresh.The issues with paying the room and the resulting behavior of the desk crew made the stay medium.

This hotel should be locked! I think most of the good reviews come from the staff. The security men are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional. The staff at the front desk are lazy and they do everything reluctantly. The meals are tasteless and overpriced. The rooms are equipped with old furnitures in fact the hotel is not worth over 18k per night. Be careful booking park inn.
