Located on a slightly hilly environment of Abeokuta, making a good view for the visitors as they enter the ancient Town. It is located on the right immediately you enter the town , after the complex of TechWorld. I had a great experience in the estate after I visited the place today. It is a cool environment devoid of any noise pollution and security risk.Every visitor coming in is subjected to proper scrutiny as you cant be allowed in if the person you are coming to visit hasnt given you a clearance.Very green area and the estate is well laid out with proper drainage with a well tarred road.
