Situated in the heart of the quiet Asero Estate in Abeokuta. Getting to the location from the Estate gate is well signed. The Estate roads could be better but still very motorable.Brand new hall with opening ceremony today. My review is based on this opening gala.There is a large parking area fenced and with security located across the road from the centre. Ample parking space for all.The grounds of the centre has limited parking. But on one side enough room to erect a large tent. The other side accommodates outside catering needs.The hall consists of a ground floor and a gallery. On day of visit the setting was for 300 guests. But 400 guest can be conveniently accommodated split between the ground floor and gallery.The absence of a stage on the ground floor could be an advantage to maximise seats but disadvantage if event has a band. The air conditioners are very effective both downstairs and gallery.2 service points for caterers on the ground floor and 1 point upstairs for the gallery. All in the form of small kitchenettes.Main toilets are on the ground floor but also a smaller toilet upstairs. Clean and well kept.Decor in the hall is simple but elegant. Wood panel ceiling with spot lights are quite attractive.I had a wonderful experience and Im sure will be great for all sorts of occasions.
