Although the junction is of less 🚦 traffic and a suburb in my own opinion but the prices of good around that area is always high & unfriendly

Nothing much. Just mini night market for the locals

The road leading to the junction itself needs to be fixed ASAP. Plus traffic needs to be properly coordinated as it can get busy.
