If youre in Abakaliki, or you plan to go there, brace yourself up for a not-so-good time in the hotels. This is one of the popular ones. If you are a person with a taste for the good, youll be miserable here.That said, the workers here are dutiful. They wear a smile and are cordial always. Cleaning is done daily and bedsheets, towels, etc are changed daily too.Food is an absolute NO for me. If you truly love food, prepare to eat out.

The rooms are spacious and okay. There is adequate security in place and the hotel environment is relatively calm. There is a standard gym and a swimming pool. Staff are very courteous but at times a bit slow to attend to requests. Some of the bathroom facilities need maintenance.

Location is fantastic, room service is slow but the food is amazing. Rooms are clean and staff and kind and courteous.

It was fairly okay. It may help to know that I stayed in the older part of the hotel.

Osborn is one of the best hotels in Ebonyi state, situated within the heart of the state capital, Abakaliki, Ebonyi state It has a serene environment with a large area of land which could place host to outdoor events still within the hotel premises. The structure is nice but some of the services on offer could be improved upon.

I did enjoy the indoor pool. Though it is a bit unsafe for amature or inexperienced swimmers I should add. Complement that swimming with a warm bath quickly when youre done swimming.

Clean, quiet, functional facilities, courteous staff, swimming pool, wifi, good food, spa, gym. I am definitely coming back.

Great place to stay. I was in the stand alone chalets for one night which I didn’t like and then them I complained and got a better place to stay. The room in the buildings are cool. Spacious. Sound proof. Really liked it. It’s also in the heart of town to where’ve your wanna go in town is easily accessible. It was a while ago but I would stay here again if I ever got to abakaliki. They have a gym too and a pool.

Osborn La-palm is the best in Abakaliki. When you come to Osborn La-palm things you are to see are comfortable with the affordable Care and a well deserved environment for honey mood and weekend get away. With out door swimming pool with a life guard and it also has an ultra modern indoor swimming pool with waiters every where. Osborn La-palm also has a Large parking spot with halls for birthday party and so on.

The hotel is making sense but most staff for an attitude

Visiting for a day, and I understand that this is one of the best options in Abakaliki but it could be so much better. Needs to be updated, rooms in the newer section are in poor condition, extensive mold in the bathroom, rooms are very stuffy. Rooms have very dusty, heavy curtains. Many cabinets in the room but they need to be cleaned. No kettles for tea, although one tea cup in the room.This hotel could be much better. The nicer pictures on the website are from the apartments, which is a different part of the hotel but not the standard rooms.

Salt spring is a great facility. Beautiful, but not extravagantly so, just okay.Their rooms are quite classy, nice tiled walls and a cozy feel.Looking for a place in Ebonyi, its one of the best as at the date of this write up.

Not even a cup in the room, not to talk about coffee or tee for guests. No Wi-Fi. Poor service, it takes hours for somebody to come by request and it even happened that nobody came. Maintenance culture is zero, everything is falling apart or leaking and of course it will be just glue not really fixed. Swimming pool outside is dirty, the water is full of chemicals, I never saw anybody to use it. Good security. Decent breakfast. Big rooms. Gym. No possibilities for children to play.
