The Unity Square Abakaliki is opposite National Open University, Abakaliki Study Centre, this square has not been functioning as expected and maintenance of the square is poor. It was covered with grasses.

Unity square is a fenced property with a sets of Pavilion more like what you have in a stadium positioned in u-shape with and open arena suitable for military and paramilitary parades...two of the pavilion are shaded(roof)

It is in the heart of the town very very close to the government house of Ebonyi State Abakaliki therefore dont fear about any security issue because it is already guaranteed.Please dont forget to invite me to that your event!!!

The unity square is an open field with gallery for for military and paramilitary training.The NYSC ABAKALIKI and EBONYI local government uses there for Community service development service (CDS).IT IS A PUBLIC EVENT CENTER FOR GOVERNMENT PLAYERS.

Its desolate, only used when National Youth Copers have an event.

Ebonyi Unity Square Ntezi Abba Abakaliki is accessible from Old Enugu road via Alo Street just behind the Abakaliki Township Staduim opposite State Civil Service Secretariat or Through Ezza road following Amagu Street. Hitherto called Micheal Okpara Square was later upgraded introducing covered stands. It used to be rallying point for state activities before attention shifted to the Township stadium (bigger and better located). Currently, this multi purpose centre seems abandoned as grass has taken over some parts of this favourite spot for mild sports enthusiasts especially joggers.

This was built to host military parades, small outdoor state functions and school activities. However, It has been neglected over the years. The statue of a soldier with his gun drawn is now almost entirely covered with weeds.This place deserves more care.

Busy but well-organized area in Enugu Metropolis.

I was there for a community development service meeting organised by the legal Ai group. The environment isnt the most serene, plus its not completed, or should I say it looks abandoned
