This is how stocked this vehicle is, this is the new park even, yet people are stocked like crayfish. The drivers prefer waybills to passengers. We’ve been here for over 2 hours and they’ve been busy loading waybills, and then collecting huge amounts still from passengers that already paid for the transportation. This is really a poor and unhealthy form of business. It’s not only degrading but tarnishing also to your company.

I love the fact that they travel to nearly all states in Nigeria. Their buses are functional efficient and their drivers can be rude but arrive at their destination. I just think they should communicate better. I dont also admire the unavailability of buses sometimes. Lastly, one is usually unable to know whether the bus for their destination is in the park opposite Aba Town Hall or at Jubilee road.

This a loading bay. They have vehicles that ply to all the south east states as well as South South states in Nigeria. Their environment has improved and its more organized.

I only use their logistics services and its quite nice, affordable and reliable

Ever since Ive been traveling with ur buses never experience a broken down vehicle without a replacement had to sleep in d bus @Ore when coming back too bad of u pple pls try to improve on ur services

Peace Transport prefer loads to passengers.How on earth will you load a car traveling over 700km without minding the relaxation of the passengers?A waybill that has been played for awaiting a currier van will forcefully be loaded in passengers cabin and there will be no space for one to relax his/her leg.So awful.

My worst experience so far as I will never use the company again. Imagine the driver not putting his car in order out of his carelessness and endangering the lives of passengers in the middle of a dangerous road.

Good evening sir,Am one of your passengers going from Aba to Enugu now with the BUS NO- 1146,Right from Osisioma junction,your driver raised the volume of his radio to the highest,even when some passengers wanted to make call,he refused to lower it, people that are sick here are begging him to lower it but he started embarrassing them.pls I recorded the audio of everything and I can send it to you now.

Go to multiple destinations through peace mass. Comfort could be an issue for destinations like onitsha as multiple loads are hauled alongside Humans.

Its a massive park where you can get a bus going to your destination and its a safe bus

They travel almost all routes in Nigeria. Some of their buses used for short distance need replacement. I blame myself entering one of their bus from Aba to Onitsha

You already know what to expect from anything thats within Aba.But then, it isnt bad as one can think because its quite a clean environment.

You can get a mixed attitude from the employees. When they are in good mood you will enjoy them, otherwise, mind your tongue.One of the best trips I have had was to Lagos. There is a special treatment for passengers traveling in places like this. They really need to work on that. They can also give that special treatment, or something little similar to passengers going to Owerri, right?Anyway, I still do business with them, because, I think they can travel anywhere in Nigeria on cheaper rate, right?

Peace mass transit is very organized in their dealings. They provide transportation services and waybill to all part of the country.Their buses moves as early as 7am every morning, You should visit the park a day earlier to book your tickets if youre traveling with their buses to far places like Lagos, Akure, Abuja etc.If youre willing to travel at night, try and use other transportation companies because PEACE MASS TRANSIT dont operated night travels at this moment.

The loading of the car takes time and they charge you extra for your load even if they are small....also when th car breaks down youll have to wait for hours till its fixed

I have used different terminus of PMT. They have have fleets going to almost all destination at the same time. Their vehicles are sound, their staff are respectful, so they get filled quicker than others

Horrible service.. Horrible drivers. Horrible customer service. Bus going to Nnewi from Aba spoilt at Ngor Okpolla. It took the Driver 3 hours to call the office. When he finally did call them, their responses was something else. The numbers on the bus and ticket doesnt work. We called customer care, once he heard spoilt bus, he ended the call and never picked. Peace Mass Transit you guys are better than this!

They have experienced and well trained drivers.This particular park is the most popular and efficient in Aba. They get there passengers to their designated destinations on time, they are fast and very careful.I recommend it to all those in Aba and outside who wants to travel by road and reach their destinations on time.

Most of the reviews here indicates that most people who review here have NEVER experienced Peace Mass transit!Rowdy is the first word, unorganized is the next. Drivers talk rudely at you, front desk could could kick you out for asking a question, the only nice person there just might be you. The staff is the challenge, the company is terrible! Id recommend Goodness and Mercy transport company over Peace Mass!

One of the worst transport road companies I have ever used. Bad customer service, rude drivers, very disrespectful loaders, the interior of the bus is nothing to write home about. Its disorienting to travel with Peace Mass Transit. My experience with PMT has been bad.

The loading process takes too much time plus the fare is high considering the fact that they carry 15 passengers.

PMT park in Aba

Peace is one of the best transport company, where do you want to go? Peace have the answer as it gives you a peaceful journey to all parts of the country and African countries..... However, I want to plead with the company to stop jeopardizing with the comfortability of passengers with too much loads which sometimes covers the windows and doors from where the passengers can receive air and escape route in case of danger.... This is commonly seen in Aba and Abakaliki branch I dont know about other branches.... Furthermore, the customer treatment and relationship should be improved....... God bless peace....

On an average, its not really a bad transportation company but... the cargo they transport alongside humans can be quite inconveniencing. Some vehicles also have to be properly checked for comfortability. Their drivers can be rude sometimes too. But in all, their journey is usually okay. They have different parks in different towns which makes nationwide transport possible

PMT gets one star because it appears I cant rate them worse. They have uncultured drivers and loaders. Their buses are always filled with excess luggage to an inconveniencing extent. They almost always leave late, not minding the distance they are travelling and the drivers arent exactly careful on the road. I have travelled with them for short and long distances and I dont remember ever enjoying the experience. They need to revamp this company, back to what it used to be when it started.

One of the best bus park. Carry normal number of passengers as required by the law. They do not have cargo vehicles so most often they join cargo (goods) with passengers which is too stressful.
