Poor environment for a big company

They have the worst customer care i have ever seen. Dont try to book online, since 2021 they have the worst IT staff managing their online platform..so appalling that i missed the day i planned on travelling twice for a round trip..theres nothing worse as that

Slowest transport company in the history of transportation. Safety is key but stopping at all your terminals on every trip is unnecessary... Especially when no passenger is scheduled to get off there...

Talk about a slow ride, then I present to you ABC. Theyre good in their own way. Especially serving the advanced at age and the pregnant.Consistency is a plus for the company but they must learn to rebuild customer trust in departure timing.
